The chef of Alma, Henrique Sá Pessoa, has once again been honored with a prestigious global gastronomic award. This time, he earned the recognition of 2 Knives at The Best Chef Awards 2024, celebrating the world’s top chefs.

The award was determined by a panel of 560 judges, including chefs, food journalists, and culinary experts. The ceremony took place on November 6th in Dubai.

The Best Chef Awards is an annual event that celebrates the finest talents in global gastronomy, recognizing the passion and excellence that elevate cuisine to a true art form.
