Important information:
- Alma requires a smart casual dress code. Please note that the use of shorts, trainers, sportswear and flip-flops is not allowed;
- There is a 15-minute tolerance for your reservation;
- Children with 10 years old or more are welcome;
- The last reservation for lunch service is at 1:30pm and for dinner service is at 9:30pm;
- All reservations considered at 1.30pm/9.30pm will only have a la carte menu service available;
- All guests at the table must choose either from à la carte experience or full degustation menus;
- Please let us know of any allergy or food restriction that should be considered, including something that you or one of your guests cannot eat or don’t like.
Cancelation Policy:
- To assure your reservation, you will need to provide your credit cards details. During this process, you won’t be charged;
- If you do not show up or if you cancel your reservation within a period of less than 24 hours, 130€ (VAT included) per person will be charged to the card provided at the time of reservation;
- Two days before your reservation, you will receive a SMS where you must confirm your presence or cancel it;
- Considering the above mentioned, the reservation date can be changed by customer request, always depending on the availability of the restaurant. Please note that you can only change your reservation twice;
- All reservations can be canceled without any payment being made until 24 hours before the meal;
- There is 15-minute tolerance and only after this period is a no-show considered.
