ALMA presents itself as a sophisticated haute cuisine restaurant, where signature cuisine is served in an uncomplicated way. We propose an innovative approach, not only in the creation of distinctive dishes, but also by simplifying and challenging some of the basic rules of service, while maintaining a rigorous but relaxed atmosphere.
