Costa a Costa menu: Our journey through the Portuguese sea continues
Henrique Sá Pessoa continues to bring the best of the Portuguese sea to ALMA’s table. The praise for the richness of our coast is now translated into a tasting experience with new creations, where national fish and seafood are the center of attention.
“This menu was designed to show what Portugal has to offer: our fish and seafood. As always, we tried to get away from the obvious and present fewer common references, always keeping our essence and DNA”, reveals Henrique Sá Pessoa.
The novelties start right away in the amuse bouches, even before we start with the moments that compose this tasting menu, extending to the starters and main courses, where the stars are Hake and Turbot. The already iconic dessert Mar e Citrinos, in its version 2.0, closes the menu with unforgettable flavors.
The Alma tasting menu, which brings together the classics by chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, also features some new dishes, as well as the a la carte options.
