Atelier, the new space of chef's creations
It is in Marvila that Henrique Sá Pessoa gives wings to his imagination and dedicates himself to research, development and creation beyond Alma’s door. For this he created the Atelier, a space of sharing, always with some exclusivity.
But, how does this space work? The cook explains:
The Atelier is not a restaurant and will not be open to customers. It will be a multi-valued work area where, in addition to culinary research and creation, I will be hosting other chefs, doing workshops and recording my television shows.
The space is an old dream of our chef, who believes that it is essential for the evolution of any restaurant to have a "creative kitchen", where one can get to work without fear of disturbing the service or the routine of restaurants and work of their teams.
Now, we’ll just have to wait for the results of these moments of innovation. The good part is that some of them will see the light of day right here, at Alma’s table.
